Adopt me!

At the vet today there were 2 more residents looking for a new home.

The first is a little grey kitten (female) about 3 months old.

She is soooo cute, cuddly and soft!

The second is a beautifully kept older cat that unfortunately,
 the owner passed away.

I am told this cat came from a home of 12 cats and is very
well mannered around other animals.

This cat is very lovable and her fur is sooooo soft and clean.

They are both available for adoption at the Cat Hospital in Altamonte Springs, FL.

If you can offer one of these two a home you would be getting a great pet!

Summer Sippers...

Summer brings sun, fun, relaxation &...

most of the time, a good cocktail!  

I heart to have a nice glass of Sangria in the summer.

Here are 4 of my favorite summer sipper recipes!

What you need:

• 4 oranges, 2 juiced, 2 halved lengthwise and thinly sliced crosswise
• 1/3 to 1/2 cup sugar
• 1/4 cup brandy
• 1 bottle dry red wine, chilled
• 2 lemons, thinly sliced
• 2 cups seltzer or club soda
• Ice cubes, for serving

How to make it:

1. In a large pitcher, combine orange juice, sugar, and brandy; stir well to dissolve sugar. Add wine, orange slices, lemon slices, and seltzer; stir to combine. Fill glasses with ice before serving.

Great way to start the morning:

This cereal has become my breakfast of choice since I have started running again.  

A small bowl with soy milk gets me through right to lunch!

I heart the berries in it!
